6. How We Use AI & Store Your Data

  • Pitch decks are processed securely using Azure OpenAI's GPT-4o via API. We do not train AI models on user data and do not retain pitch content after the report is sent.

  • Uploaded documents are stored securely using Supabase Storage and are deleted after processing unless legally required to retain them.

  • Payment processing is handled via Wix’s integrated payment solution, which may use Stripe or other third parties. We do not store credit card details.

7. Who Has Access to Your Data

We only share your data with:

  • Wix (our website, email, and payment platform provider)

  • Supabase and AWS (secure file and image handling)

  • Azure OpenAI (for AI-based analysis, no training on your data)

  • Professional advisors (e.g., legal or tax consultants)

  • Authorities when legally required

We never sell your data.

8. International Transfers

Some of our providers (e.g., Wix, Azure, Supabase) may process your data outside the EEA. We ensure that adequate safeguards are in place, such as:

  • EU-approved Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs)

  • Hosting in data centers with GDPR compliance guarantees

We implement appropriate measures, including:

  • Encryption of data in transit and at rest (TLS, AES-256)

  • Role-based access control and audit logs

  • Regular reviews and access restriction to authorized personnel only

  • Hosting via Wix.com, which includes its own built-in security infrastructure
